| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The module has a conical surface (1) located with rigidly fixed spiral screws (2), and a flat disk (3) on which straight blades (4) are rigidly fixed. An intake opening (10) is located in a lower part of a casing (9) of a blade fan fixed on a hollow shaft (6), which is pivotally mounted on a central shaft (7) rigidly fixed to a lower surface of the flat disk. The blade fan has a separate drive (8) to regulate rotation speed. An air damper (12) is pivotally mounted on an edge of the blade fan casing to rotate relative to the casing. Air flow guide blades are installed inside the blade fan casing to distribute air flow at an outlet of the fan casing throughout a spreading sector. USE - Adaptive pneumatic centrifugal module for use in an agricultural machine for applying mineral and lime fertilizers. ADVANTAGE - The module increases uniformity and direction of the air flow due to uniform distribution along sides at the outlet of the casing of the blade fan.
