成果简介	NOVELTY - The concentrator has a cylindrical body (1) with a confuser (2) with an attached snail (5) for discharging dust and gas concentrate is located in a lower part. An input pipe (3) and a coaxial output pipe (4) are connected to the cylindrical body, where a blind cylindrical insert (6) is installed in the lower part of the confuser and the snail. The blind cylindrical insert is made with a spiral guide (7) located along entire length of an outer side surface, where dust and gas flow is fed through an input pipe into the cylindrical body, and the gas flow and the cleaned of dust is removed from the cylindrical body through the outlet pipe. USE - Cyclone-type dust concentrator for dust-laden gas cleaning in industries. Uses include but are not limited to construction, agricultural, metallurgical and chemical industries. ADVANTAGE - The concentrator increases the efficiency of gas flow cleaning due to good streamlining and additional swirl of the flow, as additional unwinding occurs as a result of a smooth transition to the dust concentrate discharge snail along the spiral guide. The blind cylindrical insert with the spiral guide prevents the axial secondary gas flow from entering so as to increase the dust collection rate. The concentrator allows the gas flow to smoothly enter the dust concentrate outlet snail along the spiral guide due to good streamlining and additional swirling of the flow during cleaning of the gas and dust flow so as to increase in the efficiency of cleaning the gas flow due to additional spinning of the gas flow when entering the dust and gas concentrate outlet snail.
