成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to devices for generating electrical energy by direct conversion of thermal radiation. Electric generator from fabric includes photosensitive threads made of carbon threads with p-n-junctions. Photosensitive threads are combined into rovings consisting of bundles of carbon fibres with p-n-junctions, having photosensitivity in the region of thermal radiation. Each bundle of carbon fibre roving is twisted by left or right S-twist with threads comparable in thickness to roving from bundles of carbon fibres, which are sewn to lining material for clothes in parallel rows with distances between them not less than thickness of produced threads. Carbon fibre rovings are sewn to ends of photosensitive threads on both sides. One contact of carbon fibre roving is connected to load through diode. Other contact from the carbon fibre roving is connected to the opposite end of the load. USE - Generation of electric power. ADVANTAGE - Wider spectral range of operation of a tissue electric generator by using properties of p-n junctions with sensitivity in the region of thermal radiation. 1 cl, 2 dwg
