| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The butyrometer has a glass tube. An upper portion (1) of the glass tube is made wide with a neck (2) for a stopper. A lower portion (3) of the glass tube is made narrow and is sealed with a measuring scale (4). The wide portion of the glass tube is provided with a heat-insulating ring (5) with an internal diameter equal to the diameter of the latter. USE - Butyrometer for determining mass fraction of fat in dairy product such as fresh milk, pasteurized milk, boiled milk, fermented milk product, yoghurt and cream. ADVANTAGE - The presence of the heat-insulating ring protects the hands of the laboratory assistant from burns.
