| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The foam compactor has a drive, a housing with a loading hopper (2), a crushing unit, an extruder with a protective casing and a frame assembled into a single structure. A single electric motor, belt drive (19), chain drive (18), driving pulley, driven pulley (17), driving sprocket and driven sprocket (16) are used as the drive, while locating the crushing unit inside an upper unit of the housing and consists of a shaft of movable knives (4) and fixed knives. The knives of the shaft of the movable knives are made in an L-shape along a spiral. A cylinder in turn is welded to a lower unit of the housing in such a way that the housing passes into the cylinder. A nozzle is organized at an end of the extruder and the diameter of a screw and the pitches of the turns towards the end of the extruder are reduced. A ratio of the number of teeth of the driven and driving sprockets is 1.25 and the ratio of the diameters of the driven and driving pulleys is 6. USE - Foam compactor for processing foam plastic and foamed polystyrene to reduce volume of foam plastic and foamed polystyrene waste. ADVANTAGE - The productivity of the foam compactor is increased with small dimensions of the compactor and low specific power consumption.
