| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to mining, particularly to mining ecology. Method for resource-saving and low-waste decarbonisation of heat energy generation process during operation of power plants using coal includes coal combustion, at which the formed combustion products are supplied to the purification unit, where these products are purified from finely dispersed suspensions, the purified gases are supplied through the pipeline to the working water body populated with phytoplankton. At the same time carbon in the composition of carbon dioxide gas moves into the composition of the substance of the newly formed biomass, which after the life cycle of phytoplankton organisms is deposited in the bottom part of the working water body in the form of detritus. As detritus is accumulated by means of mud pumps, it is delivered through a suction pipeline to a detrital pulp output unit. From there this pulp is supplied to the filtration unit, where it is dehydrated by means of belt press filters to the technologically determined moisture content and transferred to the briquetting unit, where fuel briquettes are formed from the dehydrated pulp material using a stamp or roller press. Briquettes are directed by belt conveyor into mixing unit, where coal supplied from loading unit is mixed with detrital briquettes by horizontal two-shaft mixer, thus forming solid fuel composition, which is supplied to power plant for combustion.
