| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to radio engineering, in particular to methods for highly stable synchronization of time and frequency on global distance scales. Disclosed system comprises a global radio interferometer with very long bases (RIVLB), including spaced apart radio receiving fundamental reference points (FRP) and radio receiving application ground stations (AGS), data collection and processing centre, nodal backbone switching and synchronization centres (NBSSC), receiving points of consumers connected by backbone communication networks. Data collection and processing centre includes a control computer with a central correlator which receives a linear sum of signals from all FRPs. FRP and AGS stations contain radio telescopes with a time and frequency standard, which form a global phased antenna array with a total area equal to the sum of the effective areas of the radio telescopes included in it. Each AGS point additionally contains a single-base multichannel correlator. Receiving stations of consumers contain radio telescopes with small-diameter antennae and a correlator which performs correlation measurements for a compound interferometer, the base of which is formed in pairs from the receiving station of the consumer and the nearest AGS station to it. NBSSC are combined with AGS and have interfaces for receiving data from RIVLB stations, from the data collection and processing centre and transmission of time and frequency synchronization signals to the consumer. USE - Radio engineering. ADVANTAGE - Creation of a global time and frequency synchronization system using the technology of radio interferometric continuous measurements of the positions of the earth reference coordinate system in space relative to the positions of extragalactic sources with provision for generation, storage and transmission of reference frequencies to a consumer with a relative error of 10-16 and less and accurate time signals with error of 0.1 ns and less. 14 cl, 4 dwg |
