| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology and pathological anatomy, and can be used to determine the functional type of supraclavicular, subclavian and axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer. That is ensured by separating supraclavicular, subclavian and axillary lymph nodes within the confluence of the thoracic lymphatic duct into the subclavian vein and from the axillary region. Macro- and microscopic preparations are prepared with lymph node cross-section staining with haematoxylin-eosin. If observing an apoptosis zone on the macroscopic preparation in the form of dark areas, observing on the microscopic preparation a histiocytic proliferation, an increase in sinuses inside a lymph node, the presence of charcoal occupying 30% of the visualized area, macrophage formation of an antigen-antibody complex with foreign bodies, a lymph node-killer is identified. If observing an immune response zone on the macroscopic preparation in the form of grey areas, observing a histiocytic proliferation on the microscopic preparation, presence of charcoal occupying 10% of the visualized area with a process of formation of young suppressor cells and blocking of suppressor cells by foreign bodies, a suppressor lymph node is identified. If observing an enlarged pale pink lymph node on the macroscopic preparation, young lymphocytes on the microscopic preparation, a transient lymph node is identified. USE - Medicine.
