成果简介NOVELTY - Disclosed is a method of producing a heterogeneous biocatalyst based on cellulase recovered from Aspergillus niger and immobilized on a cation-exchange fibre “ВИОН КН-1” in the “Н”-form, involving holding a cation exchanger in 0.1 M acetate buffer solution, separation of fibre from buffer by decantation and addition of 20 ml of cellulase solution in concentration of 10 mg/ml in 0.1 M acetate buffer with pH=4.5 to 1 g of cation-exchange fibre maintained in buffer, then incubated with stirring, the external solution is separated from the cellulase immobilized on the cation exchanger by centrifugation, followed by decantation of the external solution. Biocatalyst is washed twice by dialysis in a cellophane bag with a pore diameter of 25 kDa until there is no cellulase in the solution. USE - Biotechnology.
