| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The head has a housing (1) made of an input part (2) and an output part (3), supply and output pneumatic lines and a flow divider (9). The input and output parts of the housing are rigidly connected to each other, and the flow divider is made conical for rotation relative to a vertical axis of the housing and is mounted on a sleeve that is secured to a shaft (7) of an electric drive (6). Blades (10) of a convex-concave cross-section are made on an outer surface of the divider, where the blades in the longitudinal sections passing through the vertical axis of the divider are made in form of parabolas with vertices facing downwards. An input pneumatic pipeline is attached to an input part. USE - Distribution head for a pneumatic grain seeder for sowing seeds of grain and leguminous crops, and for applying granulated mineral fertilizers in agricultural engineering. ADVANTAGE - The head ensures uniform distribution of the seed material over the field area so as to increase the yield of agricultural crops.
