| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology. Alloxan is injected intraperitoneally in female white outbred rats in dose of 15 mg/100 g of body weight. After 24 hours, the animals into the lumen of the right uterine horn using an intravenous catheter with an injection port of 22G, 0.9×25 mm, 0.5 ml of a tumour suspension of Guerin carcinoma is introduced in amount of (2.5-3.5)×106 cells. After insertion, the uterine horn is ligatured. USE - Medicine.
