成果简介NOVELTY - An embalming fluid composition comprises 5 L (83.33 ml/kg body weight) phenoxyethanol, 2 L (33.33 ml/kg body weight) ethanol (spirit), 2 L (33.33 ml/kg body weight) glycerin, 0.5 L (8.33 ml/kg body weight) carbolic acid (phenol), 5 L (1800 g salt in 5 L water) (83.33 ml/kg body weight) salt (saturated solution), 100 ml (1.67 ml/kg body weight) formalin (37% formaldehyde), 100 g (1.67 g/kg body weight) thymol, 100 g 1.67 g/kg body weight sodium citrate, 50 g 0.83 g/kg body weight potassium nitrate, and optionally eosin for staining. USE - Embalming fluid composition for soft preservation of cadaver for surgical training, anatomical studies, and orthopedic procedures. ADVANTAGE - The embalming fluid composition enables free movement of joints and eliminates the need for cooling cabinets, minimizes the concentration of formalin in the embalming fluid to reduce its hazardous effects while maintaining effective preservation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing embalming fluid composition, which comprises: (a) preparing a saturated salt solution by dissolving 1800 g salt in 5 L distilled water; (b) preparing a buffer solution by dissolving 100 g thymol, 100 g sodium citrate, and 50 g potassium nitrate in 400 ml distilled water; (c) combining 5 L phenoxyethanol, 2 L ethanol, 2 L glycerin, 0.5 L carbolic acid, and 100 ml formalin In a large mixing container, ensuring thorough mixing; (d) gradually adding saturated salt solution to the main preservative agent while stirring continuously; (e) adding buffered solution ensuring the mixture is homogeneous; and (f) optionally adding the eosin coloring agent as needed.
