| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The unit has a towing device (1), an aggregate frame (2), two support wheels with a mechanism for setting soil tillage depth (3) and two rows of working bodies (4). A side profile of a rear edge has concave shape with curvature corresponding to the curvature of a frontal profile of a stand. A frame (5) of knife sections is rigidly fixed to the aggregate frame. Three knife sections (6) are installed across entire width of a grip, where each of knife sections has eight disks (7) on which 6 knives (8) are fixed along diameter with installation angle of 60 degree between each other. The unit is equipped with three hydraulic cylinders (9) installed on the frame of the unit, where rods of the cylinders are connected to corresponding knife sections. USE - Aggregate unit for primary non-moldboard tillage with low traction resistance for agricultural applications. ADVANTAGE - The unit has positive effect on quality of soil crumbling, and reduces traction resistance of a soil-cultivating unit for primary tillage due to interaction at micro level, while achieving reduction in energy consumption during technological operation of primary non-moldboard tillage to significantly increase interaction of a working element with soil layer particles at the micro level, thus reducing traction resistance regardless of soil type by reducing density of a surface contact layer in areas of maximum friction intensity with compacted soil.
