| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Disclosed is a cultural inactivated sorbed vaccine containing an active substance, an avirulent and a purified antigen material from a homologous agent of the infection of the strain "SAT-2/XIV/2023" of the strain of foot-and-mouth disease of the genotype SAT-2/XIV, deposited in the All-Russian State Collection of Exotic types of foot-and-mouth disease virus and other animal pathogens (SCSM) FGBI "ARRIAH", under registration number: No. 489 – dep/23-39 – GKShM FGBU "VNIIZZh", reproduced in a continuous suspension cell line BHK-21/SUSP/ARRIAH, in an amount of not less than 6.0 mcg; as an adjuvant, it contains 10% colloidal solution of aluminium hydroxide with content of 40% by volume, which is 4.0% in terms of dry substance, saponin in amount of 2.0 mg and a supporting medium up to 1.0 cm3.
