成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to hardening of rotary hoes cutter body from structural alloyed steel “30ХГС” by nitrocarburizing. Paste is prepared at the following ratio of dry components, wt.%: iron-cyanide potassium K4[Fe(CN)6] – 15, sodium carbonate Na2CO3 (soda) – 15 and carbon black “ДГ-100” – 70. Paste-forming liquid used is an aqueous solution of carbomethyl cellulose. Paste is applied on the article. Heating is carried out at temperature of 820-900 °C for 2-6 hours. Subsequent cooling is carried out in air. Then quenching is carried out at 800-940 °C with cooling in mineral oil and subsequent tempering at 150-180 °C for 1-2 hours. USE - Performing operations.
