| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The exoskeleton has a fastening module and a power module. The fastening module comprises a frame (1) is hinged to the hip and thigh links (3). A shin link (5) is hinged to the thigh link. The power module includes a control device and an electro-pneumatic device. The control device is located on the frame, and is electrically connected to an on-board power source and includes a microcontroller. The pressure sensors are designed with the possibility of installed on the operator foot. A pneumatic cylinder rod is connected to the input link of the lever mechanism. A lever mechanism includes a two-arm lever (11) movably mounted on the frame. One end of the lever is pivotally connected to the pneumatic cylinder rod, and the second end of the lever is pivotally connected by unit of an intermediate link (12) to the output link of the lever mechanism, and is connected to the thigh link and movable with a femoral hinge (2). USE - Pneumatic exoskeleton for lower limbs used in tourism, rescue and military operations. ADVANTAGE - The device improves the performance characteristics of the exoskeleton, reduces the load on the operator and allows to increases his or her performance. The exoskeleton is used for the rehabilitation of people with musculoskeletal disorders. The presence of the control device allows the operator to perform work both for both legs simultaneously and for each leg separately.
