成果简介NOVELTY - The divider has a microwave structure including a first layer (1) of yttrium iron garnet film with a thickness of 6.9 micrometer, a second layer (2) of yttrium iron garnet film with a thickness of 8.9 micrometer, an input microstrip converter (3) and two output microstrip converters (4, 5) for exciting and receiving magnetostatic waves in the microwave structure. The first layer includes a saturation magnetization of 904 Gs, and the second layer includes saturation magnetization of 1738 Gs. USE - Magnetostatic wave power divider. ADVANTAGE - The device can control both external field and parameters of thicknesses and magnetization of the layers. The device allows energy consumption to be reduced while simplifying the device.
