A soft tissue sarcoma tumour is excised in a patient; a fragment from the sprouting zone is placed in a flat bone in Hanks medium and transported to the vivarium. In immunodeficient mice, skin is incised along 5 mm parallel to pubic bone, pubic bone is separated from surrounding tissues in a blunt way, one of cutting blades of microsurgical scissors is brought under pubic bone, pubic bone is dissected at the level of symphysis, forming right and left bone fragments. In the formed pubic bone defect, a prepared fragment of a human soft tissue sarcoma tumour is placed and fixed with separate sutures, the left and right fragments of the pubic bone and the tumour fragment are alternately stitched.
