| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a body (1) including a partition made of porous material in a lower part. Containers (5-7) are installed with perforated bottoms for placing sprouted grain. A stirrer is installed inside each container, and contains a a stirrer sleeve (11) including a vertical channel in center in the form of a square. A tank (21) is installed with a source (22) of UV radiation, where water enters the body from the tank through a filling pipe (23). The source of UV radiation is located in an air disinfection chamber (26). A horizontal guide (12) is installed on the stirrer sleeve, to which blades (14) are fixed on stands (9), including a curved shape in form of 3/4 of a spiral, where a working surface of the spiral includes guides located at an angle of 90 degrees relative to a plane of the blade for forming channels for movement of germinated grain, where width of the channel at a point at where the germinated grain leaves the blade is greater than at an entrance. USE - Device for sprouting grain crops for food systems. ADVANTAGE - The device ensures high quality germination due to turning in a vertical plane, loosening and mixing of a grain layer, thus increasing quality of germination.
