成果简介	NOVELTY - The oil settling tank has a horizontal cylindrical container (1), an input unit (2), a coalescing device, a water discharge unit (6), and an oil discharge unit (5). The coalescing device is made in the form of thin-layer flow filters (3). Each of the flow filters includes sections from a set of oleophilic plates that are installed at an angle of 45° vertically. Each section is a mirror image of the previous section. A dynamic oil settling unit (4) consisting of sections is installed behind the thin-layer flow filter. Each section of the unit consists of sets of oleophilic plates bent in the shape of a sector of a circle. The input unit is equipped with a plate distributor. USE - Oil settling tank used for industrial preparation of oil, gas and water at facilities in oil-producing industry. ADVANTAGE - The oil settling tank with coalescing device and dynamic oil settling unit has wide industrial applicability and can contribute to improving the efficiency and environmental friendliness of various production processes. The oil settling tank increases the efficiency and speed of oil and water separation by optimizing hydrodynamic conditions and increasing the surface area for coalescence. A coalescing device with thin-layer flow filters that create conditions for laminar flow reduces turbulence and promotes coalescence of oil droplets, which accelerates their ascent. The installation of the plates at an angle of 30° to 45° vertically optimizes the process, thus increasing the separation rate and coalescence efficiency. The dynamic oil settling unit with oleophilic plates curved in the shape of a sector of a circle helps to increase the contact surface of the oil with the plates, and allows oil droplets to settle and quickly separate from the water phase.
