成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to devices for separation of suspensions under action of centrifugal forces and can be used in chemical, food and other industries, in particular for waste water treatment. Hydrocyclone consists of housing with inlet, drain and sand pipes, under the sand connection pipe along the hydrocyclone axis there is a washing nozzle directed towards the hole of the sand pipe connected to the inlet pipe. A plate rigidly connected to a valve installed on a pipeline connecting the inlet branch pipe to the washing nozzle is installed in the zone of action of the pressure of the jet of suspension leaving the sand branch pipe perpendicular to the vector of action of this jet.
