成果简介	NOVELTY - Group of inventions relates to a method and a device for processing wastes, in particular wastes of plant growing, animal breeding and poultry wastes, garbage wastes not subject to further sorting for secondary use, intended for further burial at garbage dumps. Waste processing device comprises a raw material bin, a drying-grinding machine connected by a pneumatic line to a heat generator, cyclones installed at the outlet of the drying-grinding machine, bag filter, scrubber, filter with collector of filtered residues of raw material, storage bin of material dried up to 20%. Device includes a reactor connected to a storage bin of material dried to 20% of moisture content, made in the form of a housing with an external refractory shell and a working chamber located inside, and at least one gas burner device of the reactor. Device also has cyclones installed at the outlet of the reactor, a bin connected to the cyclones by a pipeline, a gas separator connected to the cyclones, as well as to a scrubber. Device includes a reservoir for synthetic liquid fuel, a filter for cleaning synthetic gas, a receiver, a compressor station, a gas holder connected to a gas piston generator for generating electric energy and a heat generator. USE - Processing of wastes.
