| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The prosthesis has an internal portion (1) and an external portion (3). The internal portion is designed individually for the patient and manufactured by milling from a multilayer plastic block, and has a thickness of 0.2-0.3 mm and embraces the crowns of all teeth from the vestibular, occlusal and oral surfaces. A multi-rope reinforcing wire (2) is made of stainless steel is fixed to the internal portion of the prosthesis. The external portion of the prosthesis is manufactured by the method of thermal vacuum stamping by pulling the internal portion of the prosthesis with the wire fixed to it through a 1 mm thick polyvinyl chloride plate in a vacuum former, and is followed by layer-by-layer application of transparent quick-hardening plastic (4) in an articulator.
