成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to creation of new biomaterials for medical purposes, namely to production of single-phase nanosized biomimetic hydroxyapatite, doped with silicate- and fluoride-anions of formula Ca10-d(PO4)6-y(SiO4)y(OH)2-y-z-2dFz·nH2O, where d is the degree of deficiency of calcium ions Ca2+, y is coefficient or degree of substitution of phosphate anions with silicate anions, z is the coefficient or degree of substitution of hydroxide anions with fluoride anions, with molar ratio Ca2+/PO4 3-+SiO4 4-<1.67 and molar ratio of fluoride anions to silicate anions of 0 to 2. Biomaterial can be used for production of bioactive dental filling materials, as well as for other dental and surgical applications. USE - Medicine.
