Following factors are assessed in the patients: age, presence of cardiovascular pathology, haemoglobin level, plasma K+ level, blood glucose level (BGL), blood urea level, body weight index, weight loss 3 months before surgery, complexity of surgical intervention, patient compliance. Each factor is assigned points from 1 to 3, summed up and the risk of postoperative complications is assessed. USE - Medicine.
