| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Present invention relates to methods and devices for purifying water from sulphate ions with gypsum deposition and can be used to purify water in various industries, including oil and gas, mining and chemical industries. Method involves mixing water containing sulphate ions with water containing calcium ions to obtain a gypsum suspension. Further, the gypsum suspension is settled in a settling tank at temperature of 30 to 90 °C to obtain a precipitate in the form of gypsum and purified water. Purified water is discharged from the settling tank. At least through one nozzle water is fed into the layer of sediment in the form of gypsum to obtain a saturated gypsum suspension. Saturated gypsum suspension is separated from the settling tank. Saturated gypsum suspension is fed to a sludge separator and separated to obtain gypsum and secondary purified water. USE - Water treatment.
