| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Reactor system (100), comprises: a first chamber (102) equipped with an inlet located atop the first chamber to feed organic waste into the first chamber and aerobically digest organic waste; a second chamber (104) coupled to a bottom of the first chamber to receive partially digested waste from the first chamber and anaerobically digest partially digested waste to produce biogas; a third chamber (106) coupled to a bottom of the second chamber to receive waste from the second chamber and further aerobically digest it; a waste movement mechanism (108) configured to transfer waste between the chambers; an aeration system configured to supply air to the first and third chambers; a biogas collection system configured to capture biogas produced in the second chamber; and a pedestal comprises at least one mild steel angle rod attached to at least one square plate, with rubber pads added and configured to reduce noise and vibration damping. USE - The reactor system is useful for treating organic waste (claimed). ADVANTAGE - This reactor system improves waste treatment efficiency, reduces retention time, and yields high-quality compost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for treating organic waste using a three-chamber reactor system, comprising feeding organic waste into a first chamber through an inlet atop thea first chamber, where the inlet being securely sealed to prevent leakage, aerobically digesting the received waste in the first chamber by supplying air through a blower connected to a network of tubes, T-valves, and ball valves, while rotating the waste with a shaft and rotator blades, transferring partially digested waste to a second chamber through a manually operated sliding door, and anaerobically digesting partially digested waste to produce biogas, collecting the biogas in a gas storage balloon connected to the second chamber, and measuring gas production using a water displacement measurement system, recirculating a portion of said biogas back into the second chamber through a connected tube, controlled by a ball valve, transferring digested waste to a third chamber through another manually operated sliding door for further aerobic digestion, and sampling waste at various stages through sampling ports in each chamber to monitor a digestion process. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a block diagram of the reactor system for treating organic waste. 100Reactor system 102First chamber 104Second chamber 106Third chamber 108Waste movement mechanism |
