成果简介NOVELTY - The ejector has a first stage portion (1), a second stage portion (2) and an outlet cone pipe arranged coaxially and sequentially connected to each other by bolted joints. A confuser with a flange for connecting a passive gas pipeline is rigidly fixed to the first stage portion coaxially with the nozzle. A confuser with a flange for connecting an active gas pipeline is radially fixed in annular cavity of first stage (4). A passive gas outflow channel is a cylindrical cavity which is located coaxially with the annular nozzle of the first stage and is mated with it in small-diameter profiling portion from one end, and communicates with the corresponding pipeline through a welded confuser of first stage portion with a connecting flange for pumping low-pressure gas from pipeline from the other end. USE - Ejector used in oil, gas and chemical industries. ADVANTAGE - The ejector increases the specific productivity in comparison with the prototype while achieving the minimum possible pressure value in the evacuated cavity for the current pressure ratio due to a change in the design of the flow portion of the first stage.
