| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - System (100) has a refrigeration unit (102) for producing ultra-sub-zero-temperatures of -80℃ to -160℃ at night to enable induction of precipitation and triggering of rainfall or snowfall. An electric furnace generates ultra-high-temperature of 500℃. The electric furnace (104) is implemented at specific hilltop having a minimum height of 915 m to produce warm-air-currents by producing the ultra-high-temperatures. A control unit (106) selectively activates the unit or the furnace based on a desired outcome to initiate or to extinguish rainfall in a specified region. USE - The system is useful for generating and extinguishing rainfall and snowfall in a specified region e.g. arid region or areas facing drought conditions, by manipulating atmospheric conditions around topographical features including hills and mountains. ADVANTAGE - The system provides a unique capability to both generate and extinguish rainfall or snowfall in a specific region, offering flexible weather control, this dual functionality ensures that the system can be used for a variety of applications including preventing floods, drought management, or enhancing agricultural productivity. By utilizing ultra-sub-zero-temperatures and ultra-high-temperature, the system allows for precise control over weather conditions such as rainfall and snowfall. The system prevents precipitation by artificially heating hilltops to generate warm-air currents that elevate clouds and prevent them from precipitating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for generating and extinguishing rainfall and snowfall in a specified region, comprising identifying a specified region requiring either the generation or extinction of rainfall or snowfall, activating a refrigeration unit to produce ultra-sub-zero-temperatures, alternatively, activating an electric furnace to generate ultra-high-temperatures of at least 500°C, activating a control unit to selectively activate the refrigeration unit or the electric furnace based on the desired outcome, either to initiate or to extinguish rainfall or snowfall in the specified region and monitoring the weather conditions in the specified region and adjusting the operation of the refrigeration unit or electric furnace to maintain the desired weather outcome.
