| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The vortex gas separator has a housing (8) into which a base (2) with receiving openings and two pressed-in plain bearing bushings is screwed on one side, and a head (1) on the other side. The shaft (9) with mating bushings is inserted into the plain bearing bushings. The auger (19), a wheel (3), a guide apparatus (10) and a swirler (17) are sequentially located on the shaft. The bumpers (4, 5) are arranged on the shaft, on the head side and on the base side. The sleeves (6, 7) are set inside the housing. One of sleeve is located on the swirler side, and the other sleeve is arranged on the auger side. The wheel and guide apparatus are installed sequentially after the auger. USE - Vortex gas separator used in electric centrifugal pumping units (ESP) of various sizes in oil industry. ADVANTAGE - The device ensures efficient liquid separation, which increases the service life of ESP equipment operating with a high gas factor.
