| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to greenhouses and can be used for production of crop products in closed ground using vertical farming technology. Robotic greenhouse comprises several floors. Each floor comprises a base, where along the long sides there are rows of vertical supports, which are parallel to each other. Overlap of the lower floor is the base of the upper floor. On top of rows of vertical supports, H-beams are laid so that lower flanges of H-beams rest on vertical supports, and upper flanges of H-beams, additionally equipped with toothed racks on the lower side, are located at the same level. On upper flanges of H-beams on rollers support trolleys are installed, which are equipped with brackets. To brackets are fixed servo motors equipped with gear wheels, which engage with toothed racks. Support trolleys are connected to each other by limiters and a lead screw, which is driven by a servo motor. Robot includes a movable platform through which limiters and a lead screw pass. USE - Agriculture. ADVANTAGE - Invention increases production capacity of the robotic greenhouse without increasing the area of the land plot under it. |
