| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method involves generating a nonlinear model predictive control (NMPC) problem for controlling shaft speed of a gas turbine engine. A uniform grid is constructed for the NMPC problem with a set of grid points for a control action. A solution is solved or determined to the nonlinear problem at the grid points of the uniform grid to obtain a feedback control action comprising a point value at the points. An explicit model predictive control (EMPC) process is applied to the feedback action, and the points are optimized to generate one-shot feedback maps aligned with an optimal action within a predefined error margin for the turbine. The shaft speed control of the gas turbine engine is executed based on the optimal feedback control action. USE - Method for autonomously controlling shaft speed of a gas turbine engine using non-linear explicit model predictive control (EMPC) process for industrial applications. Uses include but are not limited to power generation industries, oil and gas industries, chemical industries, manufacturing industries, food processing and automotive industries e.g. aerospace industry and marine industry. ADVANTAGE - The method enables regulating shaft speed in gas turbines driving compressors and generators, thus ensuring stable operation under varying load conditions and optimizing shaft peed to adjust power output while ensuring fuel efficiency and minimizing emissions in power plants. The method enabes precisely controlling the engine speed during different flight phases in the aerospace industry, thus enhancing performance and safety. The method enables optimizing reactor conditions and distillation processes in chemical industries, and for controlling and maintaining machine speed and temperature in manufacturing and food processing respectively.
