| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Bacterial formulation comprises Alcaligenessp.strain PB21 (OR528103), Kocuriasp.strain PB13 (OR528102) and Alcaligenessp. strain PB23 (OR528195), where self modified arsenic rich nutrient agar media is used. USE - Bacterial formulation for plant growth promotion in arsenic stressed soil. The ability of formulation to promote plant growth was tested. The results showed that the formulation exhibited a root length, shoot length and overall plant growth in arsenic stressed soil of 4.6, 16.4, 21, respectively. ADVANTAGE - The formulation has synergistic effect on plant growth. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing bacterial formulation from the pure strains, which involves: (1) obtaining optimum growth of the bacterial cultures in modified nutrient broth (NB) grown under shaking conditions (100 revolutions per minute (rpm)) at 30±2 ℃ for 24-48 hours; (2) harvesting the cultures at log phase; (3) mixing the three bacterial strains in equimolar concentration of 333.33μl each to make 1ml of synergistic bacterial formulation. |
