成果简介	NOVELTY - The fifty ml test tube has a cylindrical tube structure (2) that pours the lipoaspirate and enzymes with a thread at an upper end and a conical narrowing at a lower end. A test tube lid (1) is made with the possibility of being installed on the upper end of the test tube structure for sealing the upper end of the test tube structure. A filter cell sieve (3) is made of stainless steel mesh with a clear cell size of 100-120 micrometer installed in a groove on an inner surface of a conical constriction of the test tube structure by deforming the conical constriction designed with the possibility of passing a mixture of lipoaspirate and enzymes under the action of centrifugal acceleration during centrifugation for sedimentation of the isolated stromal-vascular fraction at the bottom of a cap (4), where the cap is with a cavity for collecting the sedimented isolated stromal-vascular fraction containing a thread for a detachable connection with the conical thread of the test tube structure. USE - Fifty ml test tube for separating adipose tissue cells made from transparent and biocompatible materials for installing in laboratory centrifuges for cell cultures. ADVANTAGE - The test tube design for separating adipose tissue cells is provided to ensure the isolation of the stromal-vascular fraction without the use of additional laboratory devices and would maintain the cellular integrity and functional properties of the stromal-vascular fraction.
