成果简介	NOVELTY - Managing solid waste involves (i) collecting solid waste from various sources; (ii) shredding, by a shredder machine, the collected solid waste to reduce size of particulate matter; (iii) preparing, in a vessel portion, a first microbial inoculum and a second microbial inoculum to compost the shredded waste; (iv) combining the shredded waste with the first microbial inoculum or the second microbial inoculum to prepare a feedstock; and (v) agitating, in a digestion unit, the feedstock daily for preparation of compost, where an addition of the first microbial inoculum or the second microbial inoculum to the solid waste enriches the compost with micronutrients. USE - Method for managing solid waste, such as garden waste for agricultural use. ADVANTAGE - The method procuring compost from solid waste by the utilization of easily available materials such as jaggery, cow dung, cow urine and food waste; has investigated the physiochemical parameters of produced compost to ensure its suitability for agricultural use.
