成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to preliminary treatment of oil at fields and can be used in operation of deposits for separation of gas, water and sediment from well products. Disclosed is a method for automatic preliminary stepwise preparation of well products directly at the production site by a cascade of pressure hydrocyclones connected by a system of pipelines. Method consists in supply of well product into hydraulic cyclone of initial stage, where well product is separated under action of centrifugal forces into liquid and gas phases, from where gas phase is directed through pipeline to gas collection line, and the liquid phase is directed through the pipeline to the hydrocyclone of the next stage, where the liquid phase is separated into water with sediment and residual oil and partially dehydrated oil, wherefrom water with sediment and residual oil is directed via pipeline into hydraulic cyclone of next separation stage, where it is separated into water with residual oil and sediment, wherefrom water with residual oil is directed via pipeline into hydraulic cyclone of last separation stage, where water is purified from residual oil and supplied through cluster pump station to injection wells, and the sediment and residual oil and gas are supplied through pipelines to a mixing unit, where partially dehydrated oil from previous separation stages is supplied, from where this preliminarily treated oil is sent to the central oil treatment station. At that, associated gas extracted at the initial stage of separation is used to generate electric power at the gas-piston power plant, energy of which provides operation of cluster pump station required for water injection into injection wells of formation pressure maintenance system. ADVANTAGE - Preliminary separation of water near production wells with maintenance of required head for further transportation of partially dehydrated oil, reduced cargo turnover, reduced length of operated water lines, reduced power consumption for fluid transportation, as well as reduced risk of environmental pollution. 4 cl, 1 dwg
