成果简介NOVELTY - The device has a cylindrical semiconductor waveguide (1) based on n-gallium arsenide, where ends of the waveguide are connected to an external voltage source (2), a section of active fiber and a section of fiber with constant anomalous dispersion. The external voltage source is designed with the possibility of changing voltage, supplied to a semiconductor waveguide, and allows changing the frequency of a traveling wave, such that there is phase synchronism with the electromagnetic wave. USE - Device for generating ultrashort laser pulses with a controlled repetition rate based on a semiconductor waveguide. ADVANTAGE - The device allows restructuring of pulse repetition frequency during a generation process with a simultaneous increase in degree of the compression of the pulses.
