| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to the field of microwave devices, in particular to directional couplers on coupled lines, which can be used in the development of controlled phase changers of a reflective type, balance amplifiers, mixers, etc., as well as when constructing phased antenna arrays. Coupler is made on a multilayer structure, in which the reference line is formed by a grounded base, a lower dielectric layer and a lower metal strip, and the upper line is formed by the same lower metal strip, the upper dielectric layer and the upper metal strip having horizontal-face 3-dB connection with the lower strip. Reference line has an electrical length of 90 degrees and an impedance matched with the system impedance, and the upper line has an electrical length of 270 degrees and impedance, twice less than system impedance, which provides double interlinear transformation of impedance, phase quadrature of equal-amplitude output signals and transverse directivity of the coupler.
