成果简介	NOVELTY - The gripper has a housing, and movable gripping elements with a radial movement of the gripping surface. An air chamber of a pneumatic spring is placed between the movable gripping elements in the housing, acting on the movable gripping elements. The air chamber of the pneumatic spring is equipped with a pressure measurement unit, and is designed with the possibility of wirelessly transmitting measured pressure values to a control and indication unit (5). The movable elements of the gripper are made in the form of leading and driven cam clutches. USE - Gripper used on drilling rigs for casing pipe columns. ADVANTAGE - The reliability of the grip is increased by automatically monitoring the pressure of the pneumatic spring, while reducing time costs and associated expenses. The operation of gripper is based on the technology of wedge gripping under the action of torque providing mechanical locking, thus preventing any slippage under changing load conditions.
