| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to paediatrics and paediatric surgery, and can be used for perioperative treatment of enterostomy closure in sick children suffering mucoviscidosis. When the enterostoma is closed, the intestinal lumen is washed with 100 ml of 0.1 % acetylcysteine. On the first postoperative day, 0.2 ml/kg/day of 10 % acetylcysteine is administered in two divided doses a day; on the second postoperative day, 1.0 ml/kg/day of 1 % acetylcysteine is administered orally in three divided doses. Colon is washed with 100 ml of 0.1 % acetylcysteine solution twice a day. From the second postoperative day, intravenous salt stimulation of the intestine is performed with 0.3 mmol/kg/day with 10 % sodium chloride solution + 0.1 mmol/kg/day with 10 % calcium chloride solution twice a day. Starting from the fifth postoperative day, 0.05 % neostigmine methylsulphate 0.04 mg/kg/day is injected intramuscularly twice a day. Intestinal stimulation is cancelled on 14th postoperative day; the enzyme replacement therapy is resumed as 1/2 of the volume of single enteral feeding is achieved. USE - Medicine.
