Software and hardware complex (HSC) of technical means of fire automation and security alarm for mobile vehicles, containing sensors that monitor fire hazard parameters of the protected environment, security sensors, fire extinguishing means, fire alarm and control panel containing at least one central control and indication unit with a display and at least one intermediate central control and control unit, which is connected to at least one local control unit. Hardware and software system comprises at least one interface switch connected to the central monitoring and display unit and the intermediate central monitoring and control unit via digital communication lines using an Ethernet interface, and to the vehicle control system. Intermediate central control and control units and local control units arranged inside the vehicle are connected via communication lines using a CAN interface with additional redundancy in the ring topology.
