成果简介NOVELTY - Honeycomb stacking system comprises a) heat pipe characterized in that fins (la) are placed in the void space to carry the heat from the cell lateral surface, b) vapour chamber at the bottom integrated with heat pipes forming honeycomb where heat pipes that are connected to the vapour chambers are provided with fins on all four sides creating a honeycomb layout for placing the cells where every cell being provided with all round contact enhances the heat transfer, c) battery cells each of 3.2 V, 6000 ma-h arranged in am x n grid configuration. USE - Honeycomb stacking system for effective cooling and thermal runaway of lithium batteries. ADVANTAGE - The battery thermal management component has excellent thermal conductivity, and provides effective cooling and thermal runaway protection to the battery cells. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows battery cells arranged in a m x n grid configuration.
