| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The machine has springs that allow the rollers to rise and fall depending on the diameter of moringa pods. Two support plates to house the fixture on the bottom and top. A timer pulley transmits uniform speed between the rollers, and prevents speed differences. A slitting and seed separation mechanism including a fillet block with a slitter for a lofted cut design ensuring straight motion of moringa during slitting and separation, located at the feed section and between the rollers. A belt conveyor based on the center distance between the rollers to transmit motion between power and idling rollers. A powder-coated MS frame structure provides support to the conveyor, connects the slitter and pulper, and rests on the main frame of the pulping mechanism. USE - Semi-automatic machine for the separation of seed and flesh from raw drumstick i.e. moringa pod, in domestic and international market. ADVANTAGE - The machine enhances the productivity and quality of moringa processing by integrating mechanisms for slitting, seed separation, and pulping into a single, cohesive system. |
