| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The centrifuge system (1000) has a rotor (100) comprising a rotor arm radially extending from a central portion to an outer end, where the rotor arm comprises a neck region. The rotor arm corresponds to a variable thickness that gradually decreases from the central portion to the neck region of the rotor arm. A bucket (200) carries a medical sample, and is connected to the outer end of rotor arm. A pair of pins is configured to engage with the bucket, and is integrally formed on outer end on each of rotor arm. The bucket comprises a compartment that carries the medical sample. USE - Centrifuge system for conducting centrifugation process to separate components of mixture in healthcare utilities, research and development centers, pharma industries, and test laboratories including microcentrifuges, benchtop centrifuges, high-speed centrifuges and ultracentrifuges. ADVANTAGE - The centrifuge system has improved performance, durability, and efficiency. The centrifugal force leads to separation of mixture, and the centrifugal forces are applied to the mixture to separate the mixture from the mixture. The cross-sectional area from central portion to neck region, decreases width of top surface area along rotor arm length, decreasing width of bottom surface area and width of side surface area are reduced. The weight distribution is optimized, optimizes stress management, enhances aerodynamic efficiency and performance and optimizes aerodynamic profile, and reduces overall system drag. The turbulence is minimized and airflow around rotor is improved. The pluralality of cavities along the rotor arm reduces overall weight while maintaining structural integrity. The curved surfaces on bottom portion of bucket reduce aerodynamic drag. Elimination of vorticity in airflow around bucket reduces instability and vibration.
