成果简介	NOVELTY - A melting mold is made of cast iron, and comprises an upper hollow cylindrical component (1) and bottom component (2), in which channels are made for vacuuming and removing gas products during the production of quartz crucibles. All channels for vacuuming and removing gas products are located along the perimeter of the wall of the upper cylindrical component, along the perimeter of the upper component of the bottom component and in its bottom and are made through in the form of stepped openings, including coaxial components with a larger and smaller diameters. Component of the stepped opening has a larger diameter faces inside the cavity, formed by the inner surfaces of the upper cylindrical and bottom component. Porous filters are installed with tension inside the stepped openings with a larger diameter. The melting mold is made dismountable. The upper cylindrical component and the bottom component are connected to each other by a stepped connection (5). USE - Melting mold used for forming quartz crucible used in production of silicon monocrystals by the Czochralski method. ADVANTAGE - The melting mold can form large-sized quartz crucibles and can be replaced the collapsible devices in components when they fail, and is convenient to transport, store and use when removing the quartz crucible from the melting mold. Due to the composite design, the weight of the components of the melting mold structure is reduced, the consumption of materials is reduced and service life is increased, thereby ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of large-sized quartz crucibles with a diameter of over 28 inches. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A melting mold is made of cast iron, and comprises an upper hollow cylindrical and bottom components, in which channels are made for vacuuming and removing gas products during the production of quartz crucibles. All channels for vacuuming and removing gas products are located along the perimeter of the wall of the upper cylindrical component, along the perimeter of the upper component of the bottom component and in its bottom and are made through in the form of stepped openings, including coaxial components with a larger and smaller diameters. Component of the stepped opening has a larger diameter faces inside the cavity, formed by the inner surfaces of the upper cylindrical and bottom component. Porous filters are installed with tension inside the stepped openings with a larger diameter. The melting mold is made dismountable. The upper cylindrical component and the bottom component are connected to each other by a stepped connection. The lower component of the walls of the upper cylindrical component and the upper component of the bottom component are provided with recesses that ensure the joining and centering of the upper cylindrical and bottom components.
