成果简介NOVELTY - Described is a method for genotyping a single nucleotide variant of rs3219493 (C>G) human MUTYH gene by real-time polymerase chain reaction, characterized by that selected primers and fluorescent-labelled probes are used. For allele C homozygous DNA samples with genotype rs3219493-C/C, a fluorescence increase in FAM channel is detected, for DNA samples homozygous for allele G with genotype rs3219493-G/G the signal is detected in ROX channel. For heterozygous samples with genotype rs3219493-C/G, there is an increase in fluorescence in both detection channels, and the presence of two dyes FAM and ROX enables to determine the presence of each of the analysed alleles of the MUTYH gene in the analysed DNA sample and, accordingly, the human genotype.
