成果简介NOVELTY - The radiator has a plate (2), pins (1), a heat-conducting shelf (4) for placing an electronic device (5) and openings for the passage of a cooling medium. The pins are made with additional openings that form a spatial fractal structure, surface fractal structures are made on the plate and shelf for placing the electronic device. The plate is made of open-pore foam metal. A heat-conducting silicone vibration-damping gasket (6) is placed on the heat-conducting shelf, and piezoelectric elements (7) are placed on two opposite sides of the plate at the base of the pins, made with the ability to create ultrasonic vibrations in antiphase of the same amplitude. USE - Radiator for cooling semiconductor or microelectronic vacuum tube devices. ADVANTAGE - The radiator increases the efficiency of cooling miniature semiconductor and powerful microelectronic vacuum tube devices by increasing the intensity of their heat exchange with the environment, without changing the overall dimensions of the radiator.
