成果简介	NOVELTY - Device comprises a housing in which LEDs for sample illumination (3), a lens (4), a block of light filters, a video camera (6), a video camera movement unit (7), a control unit (8) are installed, where it contains a tablet movement module that provides the ability to repeatedly install and remove a disposable microtiter plate with the samples being tested, as well as positioning the plate relative to the lens during analysis, where the backlight LEDs are installed to provide the ability to illuminate one sample through the bottom of the well of the plate, and the lens is installed to provide the ability to record the fluorescence of one sample through the bottom of the well of the plate. USE - The device is useful in multiplex immunofluorescence analysis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device: increases the speed of analysis with a high degree of multiplexity of the analysis; utilizes disposable cartridges which eliminates the need for a fluid system, thus reducing the size and weight of the device compared to similar devices, thus allowing it to be used at mobile diagnostic stations, and eliminating analysis errors and additional reagent consumption associated with contamination of the fluid system during its operation, thus simplifying the process of setting up and calibrating the device, and reducing the labor costs of users.
