| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Synthesizing gold nanoparticles, comprises: adding gold(III) chloride solution to deionized water; rapidly adding sodium citrate solution and boiling; preparing larger nanoparticles by using gold nanoparticles with size of 13 nm as seeds and mixing with gold(III) chloride; diluting with deionized water; and adding ascorbic acid. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing gold nanoparticles in biomedical applications e.g. stem cell technology and tissue engineering. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides a controlled approach to achieve well-defined nanoparticles with desirable properties for biomedical applications; provides gold nanoparticles of 13 nm and 50 nm sizes with improved size uniformity and stability; and enhances the functionalization of gold nanoparticle for applications in stem cell technology and tissue engineering. |
