成果简介	NOVELTY - A melting mold is made of cast iron of grade (CHKH28), and contains an upper semi-cylindrical component (1) and bottom (2) component, in which channels (3, 4) are made for vacuuming and removing gas product during the production of quartz crucible. The channels for vacuuming and removing gas product during the production of quartz crucible in the upper hollow cylindrical and bottom component are made in the form of stepped openings, including coaxial component with larger and smaller diameters. The component of the stepped opening with large diameter faces inside the cavity formed by internal surfaces of the upper hollow cylindrical component and bottom component, and porous filter (5) installed with tension inside the portion of stepped openings with larger diameter. USE - Melting mold used for manufacturing quartz crucible for producing silicon monocrystal. ADVANTAGE - The melting mold provides quartz crucible with a diameter of 26 mm or more, preferably 660 mm, and has prolonged service life.
